Srividya Puppala (CEO & Founder, Ensconce) is an alumni of University of Massachusetts Lowell (USA) and was part of IIMB-Startup Programme. She has worked in US & India for several Fortune 500 Clients of US & European regions. She has about 18 years of IT experience with leading players in Retail, Education, Energy Utilities, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Telecom Industry. For about 12 years of her tenure, she played several senior management roles as Portfolio/Account Manager to Development manager; made significant contributions to IT Centre of Excellence, Quality Audits, Quality Compliance, People and Portfolio Development. INFOSYS awarded her Best People Manager Award. She was also awarded by INFOSYS, the ‘Certificate of Excellence’ for bringing down Infrastructure and Effort costs for one of its customer accounts. She was a Certified PROPEL’ler in Tata Consultancy Services (for Professional excellence, Role enhancement, Ownership culture, Personal growth, Employee involvement and Learning). She has many accolades to her credit for People Development, Quality & Change Management and Process Improvements. She is a Business and Technology speaker.

In her personal life, she is trained Carnatic and Hindustani Classical singer. She had been an active participant of All India Radio back in late 90’s which she still cherishes to this date. She enjoys both Classical and Folk Singing.

The experience which she gathered over the years had helped her in bringing in the maturity models which play an important role for businesses to grow and think through the perspectives of People, Process and Technology.

Having seen so closely the intensive growth of IT in the last 20 years, she carries the passion to develop IT start-ups & especially non-IT Businesses to give them the distinctive flair of growth by bringing in systems, people, process & quality implementation practices in the respective businesses.
